A Different Approach to Vastu
I believe Vastu is fundamentally about understanding the flow and balance of energy within a space.
In traditional Vastu, the directions, layout, placement of rooms and surrounding environment are considered important in understanding how a property functions and interacts with its occupants.
My approach focuses on these fundamental principles, along with the individual astrological factors of the people living or working in the property.
Why don't I use pyramids, coloured tapes or corrective yantras?
Because I do not believe that placing these objects can meaningfully correct an imbalance in the spatial arrangement or the traditional energy flow of a property.
Instead, I focus on identifying the underlying concern and exploring practical adjustments to the space itself.
Sometimes a simple change may be sufficient. In other situations, physical modifications may be necessary, or I may advise against selecting a particular property.
For me, Logical Vastu is about understanding and improving the space, not filling it with remedies.
Directions, Energy Flow & Astrological Alignment
In traditional Vastu, every direction is associated with specific energies and influences. The orientation of a property, placement of rooms, entrances, open spaces and internal arrangements are believed to influence how these energies flow and interact within the space.
However, the property is only one part of the assessment.
Every individual also carries a unique astrological energy pattern, represented through their birth chart. According to Vedic astrology, planetary positions and their relationships reflect different aspects of an individual's nature and tendencies.
My approach examines how the directional energies of a property may interact with the astrological characteristics of the people living or working there.
This is why the same property may not be equally suitable for everyone, and why two identical properties may receive different Vastu recommendations depending on their occupants.
Rather than relying on pyramids, coloured tapes or corrective yantras, I focus on understanding directional influences, identifying potential imbalances and recommending practical changes to the property's layout or use wherever appropriate.
The objective is not simply to correct a property, but to explore its alignment with the people who occupy it.

1. Property Assessment
I examine the property's directions, layout, entrance, room placements, surroundings and intended use.
2. Astrological Assessment
I consider the Vedic birth charts of all regular occupants to understand individual astrological factors as part of my traditional assessment.
3. Practical Recommendations
Based on the overall assessment, I suggest appropriate adjustments. These may involve changes in room usage, spatial arrangements or physical modifications where necessary and feasible.
Not every concern requires correction. Some situations may require significant changes, while others may lead me to advise against purchasing a particular property.
Traditional Vastu and astrology are interpretive systems whose claimed effects on personal outcomes are not scientifically established.

Why I Don't Recommend Pyramids, Coloured Tapes or Corrective Yantras
I do not believe that placing pyramids, applying coloured tapes or installing corrective yantras provides a reliable solution to Vastu concerns.
I respect traditional beliefs and individual spiritual practices. However, I do not use these products as substitutes for understanding a property's layout, orientation and practical limitations.
My approach is to identify the concern first and then explore what can realistically be changed.
